Supply Chain Systems Manager - Enterprise Systems

The Supply Chain Systems Manager is responsible for setting the direction for our ERP strategy as it applies to all aspects of Noble’s supply chain activities; owning all development and support activities; partnering with internal executives to understand our end user needs and building a roadmap to support key functions of the business.

• Analyze needs and requirements of Noble’s current use of the NetSuite ERP platform as it applies to supply chain management; Including modules, but not limited to: Design to Build, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
• Analyze existing supply chain operations including purchasing, supply planning, shipping/receiving, manufacturing
• Document business processes, functional and/or technical requirements, findings and recommendations
• Investigate industry-leading solutions, design and implement new ways to constantly improve supply chain operations from a system level
• Advise end users and leadership about the most appropriate utilization of NetSuite to meet objectives
• Own the relationship with all internal business stakeholders, partnering with them to understand current and future business needs.  
• Manage and prioritize the overall backlog
• Ensure best practices are consistently applied
• Partner with other technology leaders to identify opportunities and collaborate to help define overall Technology team vision

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; and four to six years of business- related progressive experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of training and relevant business experience.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• NetSuite ERP platform (certifications a plus)
• 3+ years working or consulting in Supply Chain or Wholesale Distribution industry
• Experience with Netsuite connected supply chain WMS applications such as RF-Smart, ShipHawk or similar

REASONING ABILITY 

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
