Senior Training CPS Specialist

<h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>ABOUT THE JOB:</strong><br/> In this role you will assist internal and customer associates to increase their knowledge and usage of Consumer Panel Data by helping to develop and delivering engaging, interactive and actionable learning. This role will work alongside both an Instructional Designer to help create content and also a team of existing trainers who are delivering software and analytic training. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assisting in the development of and owning the delivery of professional training on NIQ platforms and analytics (specializing on Consumer Panel) to internal associates, local and global clients.  </li><li>Work closely with country management teams to facilitate the CPS training plan </li><li>Acting as SME on developments in Consumer Panel </li><li>Ensuring that all training remains up to date and relevant </li><li>Identifying needs for new training curriculum </li><li>Assisting in the development of new training curriculum and material </li><li>Managing good working relationships with specialists across organizations and countries </li><li>Assisting in the development of other trainers both within and outside of our existing team </li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Fluency in English </li><li>Strong MS Office Knowledge </li><li>Experience in delivering training </li><li>Knowledge of Consumer panel data is essential </li><li>Minimum 3 years experience in a client facing role </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Good organizational and time management skills </li><li>Proven competencies regarding working across cultures </li><li>A second EU language would be beneficial </li></ul><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li>30 days of vacation</li><li>Hybrid &amp; flexible working module</li><li>Access to learning platforms and mentorship program </li><li>Making an impact on biggest FMCG manufacturers' growth,</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Life assurance</li></ul><p>#LI-SR2</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About NIQ</strong></p><p>NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
