We are the leading Corporate Finance adviser in Denmark, having completed +115 transactions in the past five years. ​

We are also the preferred partner for other strategic and financial topics, advising on debt-related transactions and analytical matters such as valuation, financial modelling, capital structure considerations and economic analyses. The clients we serve are private equity funds, business owners, the public sector and corporates across a broad range of industries.​

We are +80 dedicated professionals located in Copenhagen and Aarhus. We work closely in project-based teams and cherish dedication, competence and sharing laughs.

Qualifications

We expect you to be team-oriented with an agile, logical and outgoing attitude. In addition, you should have a blend of excellent commercial and financial understanding, combined with effective communicative abilities.​

We are looking for bachelor’s or master’s students within finance, economics and other forms of higher education, graduating in the summer of 2025 at the earliest.
