Job Description

The commercial banking team within Curinos provides actionable insights that help commercial bankers grow revenue and profitability by optimizing pricing, cross-sell, products, and banker deployment. We deliver those insights through a combination of benchmarking data, analytical software, and strategic consulting.

The Commercial Products Expert will oversee a set of existing product solutions while also driving and business delivery a new generation of our core analytical software solution, PriceTek Optimizer, to address a broader set of market needs. The commercial product expert will combine commercial banking subject matter expertise and executional excellence to drive product delivery and revenue growth. This will require close collaboration with colleagues across our line of business leadership, product, engineering, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PnL, client delivery, and multi-generational planning across a suite of existing benchmarking data and analytical SaaS products covering deposit and treasury management pricing as well as digital channels
• Partner with line of business and sales colleagues to internalize the voice of the customer
• Translate customer needs into multi-generation functional roadmaps for commercial products and coordinate with product management to translate into quarterly OKR cadence
• Define vision and roadmap to transform flagship commercial PriceTek Optimizer product into new generation of platform that will be indispensable to commercial bankers
• Engage Product Management and Engineering to design and deliver next generation platform
• Manage small high performing team within the line of business while influencing broader stakeholder group to delivery outsized results
• Generate commercial plans, in coordination with sales, to grow revenue and profitability through customer acquisition, cross-sell, and pricing optimization including PnL responsibility for a suite of commercial products

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of progressing management experience in a SaaS and/or data subscription business or equivalent experience in a product oriented business line role
• Deep knowledge of commercial banking products, roles, and organizational structures, including lending, treasury management, and liquidity
• Product visionary who can identify market need and translate through to technical development and commercialization
• Ability to effectively lead through influence and work collaboratively with a talented team
• Strategic thinking with strong planning and execution capabilities
• A driven executive that understands the importance of customer focus as a pathway to value creation
• Effective communicator that can gain broad alignment around the product vision

Base Salary Range: $180,000-$200,000
