This internship is for summer 2026. Our internships are full-time for 12 weeks, and we offer two program timelines to align with different academic calendars.
This internship will be located in SeaTac, WA. If not already in the internship city, candidates will be required to relocate for the duration of the internship.
Role Specific Details
This internship will provide students hands-on experience in the world of Internal Audit. Interns will get to learn more about how companies manage risk, ensure compliance and operate efficiently.

Key Duties
As an intern, you will contribute meaningfully to real audit projects that matter. You will:
- Learn how different departments operate by participating in process walkthroughs and audit interviews over various business transaction cycles.
- Test and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. This includes selecting samples, inspecting evidence, and performing testing following our audit methodology.
- Manage your workflow to keep testing on track and deliver results on schedule.
- Craft clear, concise documentation that tells the story of your audit work and supports key decision making.
- Identify opportunities to streamline our audit approach and make our processes better.
- Support the broader Audit team and gain exposure to different areas of the business by helping on a variety of other Audit Programs projects.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Required
- Pursuing a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
- Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Starting Rate
USD $25.00/Hr.Bonus
Total Rewards
Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines and Horizon Air pay and benefits can vary by company, location, number of regularly scheduled hours worked, length of employment, and employment status.
