We are looking for a People Analytics Lead to join our global HR Operations & Technology team. This person’s main responsibility will revolve around creating a strategic roadmap in regards to the global, internal use of Workday’s Reporting & Analytics capabilities
This role entails strong collaboration with different HR teams spread across APAC, Europe and the US in order to better understand the way Workday is being used. The person in this role will be responsible for creating and implementing a global data strategy and process of how Workday’s Reporting & Analytics functionality will be used.

Responsibilities

• Creating a strategic vision for the team in regards to technicalities available in Workday’s Reporting & Analytics module
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the other People Analytics team members
• Develop the best approach for data analysis, and turn data into actionable insights and recommendations leveraging BI tool i.e. Tableau
• Merge and analyze quantitative and qualitative (structured and unstructured) data from various sources, such as employee survey data, exit interview data, applicant tracking data, etc., and identify patterns and trends
• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, turnover, and compliance
• Develop and generate custom and ad hoc queries and reports as requested
• Provide support through the development and implementation of self- service dashboards and self-service/scheduled reports
• Provide reporting and analytic insights that will be distributed to the CEO and staff, Board of Directors and other key stakeholders
• Collaborate with other organizations to define cross functional definitions and consolidate data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in Workday’s Reporting & Analytics functionalities
• Experience in creating reports, knowledge of BI and data warehouse i.e. Tableau
• Strong communication skills, required to engage with global teams
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Great presentation skills as the role entails conducting meetings with C members of Staff
• Self-starter with the ability to provide best practice guidance and recommendations
