Junior Management and Program Analyst

Overview: 

IntelliBridge has an immediate opening for a Junior Management and Program Analyst (Jr. MAPA) to support a federal law enforcement customer’s intelligence directorate and foreign language program. Candidates should be able to analyze data gathered and develop solutions and/or alternative methods of proceeding. The Jr. MAPA will be expected to document findings from studies and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Successful candidates will be able to leverage their knowledge and experience applying analytic methodologies and principles to address the needs of various units and sections. Candidates should also be prepared to apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic direction. Clearance: 

Candidates must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility at the time of application. Will be required to successfully pass a CI Polygraph if one has not been performed in the past 5 years. 

Responsibilities/Duties:

Contractor responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

• Participate in Ad hoc data projects and analyses that produce actionable recommendations that build relevant insights for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution and to identify problems and improvement. 
• Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection and retrieval of records and assure compliance with program. 
• Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports. 
• Prepare manuals and train on use of new forms, reports, procedures, or equipment, according to organizational policy. 
• Gather and organize information on problems and procedures such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control and /or cost analysis. 
• Perform analyst functions including data collection, data modeling, project testing and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives. 
• Conduct various activities in support of project team’s objectives, Senior Analyst and/or Project Managers. 
• Lead the application of analytic techniques and help define project objectives and strategic direction. Responsible for providing leadership and vision to customers and project teams around methodology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with two (2) year or more years of analytical techniques and methodologies experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has five (5) or more years of experience may be substituted for education.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Experience with project planning, coordination, and execution.
