The Job:   

As a Productivity Leader, you’ll be part of our Tools and Outdoor team as a hybrid employee responsible for driving efficiency, enhancing productivity and effectiveness across the organization by implementing productivity improvement strategies.  This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and leading initiatives to optimize performance and output.  This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management, process optimization and team leadership.  You’ll get to:    

• Develop and implement productivity improvement strategies and initiatives
• Analyze current workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, including establishing productivity benchmarks and performance metrics
• Report on productivity metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify trends and provide insights and recommendations to leadership
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and problem solving
• Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making and strategy development
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in productivity and process improvement

• Bachelor’s degrees or 7+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in productivity improvement or process optimization role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in productivity and project management software.
• Strong project management skills.

• Effective communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and motivate others
• Well versed in change management and demonstrated capability of managing change globally
• Leadership and team management
