Warehouse - SHIPPING LOADER

TITLE: Shipping Loader C

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
• Support receiving and inspection of raw material, assemble production skids, and manage the issuance and storage of materials in designated locations.
• Monday to Friday dayshift hours work schedule
• Competitive pay up to $18.00 depending on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and use of Warehouse Location Management Systems.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the transfer of all raw materials used in the concentrate plant.
• Oversees the unloading of all raw materials received.
• Conducts inspection and ensures maintenance of warehouse materials as well as a safe and clean warehouse.
• Keep good communication with related departments.
• Be able to identify the material by the material number.

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:
• The warehouse is not climate controlled. Must be able to work in an environment that is extremely hot, humid in the summer months, and cold in the winter months.
