Job Description:-

• Knowledge developing as well as utilizing web services for transferring data to.

• Validation, Promotion and FileNet committal

• Maintain and Support other Imaging systems ( like Encapture, etc ) which are connected to DAC Systems.

• Planning & performing periodic upgrades ; Performing and planning daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks

• Support Week-end Deployments

• Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly status to onsite and offshore management

• Coordinate well between client and offshore team to ensure deliverables are met on time

• Minimum of 5+ years of Administration experience in DataCap , IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine, Content Navigator & Case Manager

• Skills - IBM Datacap 8, 9.X Installation, Configuration, setup and Administration

• Hands on DataCap installation, configuration and migration

• IBM FileNet suite of products , Configuration setup and Administration

• Experience with paper document to DataCap, OCR, Indexing, Prepping Verification, Rules

• Experience in customization and configuration of Datacap environment

• Experience in integrating Datacap solutions with IBM Content Navigator

• Windows/Linux/AIX Server administrative knowledge

• SQL / Oracle Server/client administrative knowledge

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
