Job Description

You’ll be part of the European product team within the Nets Issuer & eSecurity Services business.

You’ll be powering Issuing Processing strategic business objectives.

  • You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change the European payments landscape. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as an Issuer processing leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions.
  • You'll have the privilege to work closely with our Sales and Customer teams to engage in customer dialogues about the evolution of payment industry, market trends, consumer behaviour shift towards digital engagement and embedded finance and how Nets payment processing proposition addresses these trends.
  • Drive the commercialisation and go to market strategy to support business expansion objectives
  • In addition, your responsibility as Product Manager is to understand market trends, competitor positioning and proactively identify customer needs. You will also contribute with product vision, long-term roadmap and be accountable for performance, build lean business cases on new features/initiatives and build differentiated value propositions. Combined with an outside-in perspective, you will seek input and collaboration across the organisation to develop products, which deliver measurable value and improved end-customer experiences to our customers. 
  • Define value based pricing strategy and tailor it to market and client commercial appetite

  • In Nets Issuer & eSecurity Services, we use the SAFe methodology and agile principles for product development. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll steer the prioritization of innovation roadmap, securing the output is aligned with the strategy as well as with agreed milestones and deadlines towards the clients.

Qualifications

Skills, motivation and that little personal twist make you succeed

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets. 

Your qualifications include 

  • At least 5 years of relevant background with Issuer Processing.
  • At least 3 years of working as a Product Manager within SAFe method or similar relevant skills and experience
  • You have a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset and you thrive working with clients to define complex end-to-end solutions and customer journeys
  • You have strong communication skills and have preferably worked with both on-site and off-site development teams.
  • You have excellent networking skills and can develop relations with key stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of the cards payment industry
  • Other experience from the financial industry is beneficial but not a pre-requisite.
  • Language skills: fluent in English; other native languages are beneficial
