Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Business Applications Senior Analyst to join our truly dynamic IT Team at our Marousi, Athens premises.

As a Business Applications Senior Analyst, you will participate in the execution and deployment of Business Applications and IT Systems. He/she is involved in project management activities, provides Business Applications support for the IT Systems, and assists as a member of the Support Team in the delivery of the organization’s Business Applications IT Systems in his/her areas of responsibility.

What you will do:

• Provide guidance and support for application users to ensure that the business application systems are maintained to the highest possible standard with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency
• Support the adoption of the IT solutions and/or digital products in the organization in a close collaboration with the process owners and leadership teams
• Deliver trainings to newcomers and provide guidance to existing users, striving for best possible usage of the IT systems, develop and publish training content and optimize training delivery to the users
• Advocate for digital product benefits, provide input for project business cases and support project teams throughout the deployment projects
• Assist with implementation of Business Application projects and provide technical input where required
• Co-operate with the Validation department for regular validation testing of the new IT solutions product releases
• He/she is responsible for the onsite maintenance and support of IT Systems
• Manage tickets of all technical issues related to IT Systems
• Manage interfaces, defined operational system processes and data extracts
• Run reports, interfaces, and routines to support day-to-day business operations

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, or relevant field
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT – background in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment is desirable

Job-Specific Skills:

• Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
• Experience in defining and implementing successful enterprise business applications (e.g., SAP ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, serialization, quality management, quality control) through multiple areas
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
• Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business requirements and technical specifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
