Job Description:

Satair is looking for a Used Sales Specialist to join our Customer Support team based in Herndon, Virginia.

This role will support  the sales of used aircraft parts and services to operators, lessors and repair shops within Satair PTE Ltd's sales. Increasing customer's satisfaction by providing high quality responses to all customer related requests for all spare parts and related services.

Your challenges:

• Effectively engage in strategy development, implementation and execution on Sales Plan

• Drive sales campaigns/Satair strategic developments in collaboration with Product Management team

• Ensure that Satair's quality policy, goals and procedures are adhered to at the highest level of customer satisfaction

• Meet sales budget for own sales area based on overall evaluation of the total sales potential in own sales area

• Responsible for order processing, administration and management of Material orders received from Airbus customers

• Coordinate relevant sales tasks between Satair Departments in close partnership with Product Management

• Ensure that customers receive full support for their used part orders issues. This includes the internal management of orders, actively working customer order backlog, addressing customer complaints related to material orders as well as the follow-up of customer requests in coordination with all the departments involved in spares ordering activities.

• Measure and apply key performance indicators in order to supervise material order activity and produce order activity reports for customers, account team and management.
