Senior Business Analyst, Inforce Illustrations

Summary

Our growing company needs you to tackle all incoming illustration requests, along with product questions that must be handled by a product expert. This new role requires a hands-on, self-starter with a blend of technical expertise and customer service soft skills to meet our customers’ in-force illustration and product needs.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Your primary focus will be answering questions and fulfilling illustration requests that are received via phone and email
• Examples include but are not limited to:
◦ Use our proprietary illustration system to craft tailored case designs
◦ Leverage you communication skills to identify and address clients’ specific needs when creating life insurance illustrations
◦ Handle illustration requests efficiently, collaborating with both internal and external partners
◦ Support financial providers by providing education and support
◦ Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and processes

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of Life Insurance industry product experience
• Experience with life products and illustrations required
• Customer service experience required
