• $22.00–$23.00/hr + Overtime (based on 50-hr/week)

What You'll Do:
• Be the right hand to the General Manager in leading day-to-day operations
• Train, coach, and empower team members to shine
• Ensure exceptional service and fresh, high-quality food every time
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and performance management
• Own the shift as Manager on Duty when GM is away
• Collaborate on inventory, ordering, reporting, payroll, and more
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Be a culture builder who brings good vibes and high standards

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (BOH & FOH preferred)
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Guest-first mindset and a hands-on leadership style
• Trustworthy, team-focused, and results-driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & POS systems
