About the Role:
The Principal System Support Engineer is the technical authority and strategic leader, responsible for shaping the overall production support strategy and ensuring enterprise-level system reliability and performance.
What You Will Do:
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for critical issues.
- Partner with senior leadership to align support strategies with business goals.
- Develop and enforce best practices for production support operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system scalability and performance.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred.
- Typically, requires a minimum of 8 years professional IT development or support experience or in an IT development internship.
- General knowledge of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile/Lean.
- Experience with any of the following technologies: AWS, Windows Server environments, General knowledge of .NET, SSIS, IIS, Power BI, SQL, SQL Server.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, or other source control tools preferred

Salary range: $86,259.86 – $159,308.33
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
