What Your Day Will Look Like: Are you ready to take the wheel of your automotive career? As a valued member of our team at Merchants Auto, you'll be diving into all aspects of under-carriage maintenance—steering, suspension, exhaust, tires, brakes—and more, all independently. Your skills will shine as you handle repairs with finesse, determining the appropriate Technician Class Level based on your additional capabilities. You'll tackle drivability and electrical diagnosis and repairs with confidence, with possible opportunity to mentor apprentices along the way. 

 

Location: Merchants Auto in Hooksett, NH

 

The Skills & Experience You Bring: 

Class B: 

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Automotive Technician 
• Certifications: Minimum 3 current ASE Certifications (non-body repair) 
• State Inspection: Certified 

Class C: 

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Automotive Technician 
• Certifications: Minimum 1 current ASE Certification (non-body repair) 

All Levels: 

• Valid driver’s license 
• Strong communication skills 
• Full mobility and ability to work with your hands (lift up to 50 pounds, frequent standing and sitting) 
• Maintain a minimum average production level (90-105% based on your Class level)
