Senior IT Project Manager

As part of our consultancy expertise, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to support one of our key clients in the public transportation sector. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be embedded within the Business Solutions department, reporting to the Build & Transform team, which manages strategic projects related to SAP solutions and internal digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities as a Keystone Solutions Consultant:

• Manage and oversee SAP projects: functional and technical scoping, budget, and timeline definition.
• Multi-stakeholder coordination: ensure alignment between internal teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Strategic planning: guarantee project alignment with digital transformation and performance objectives.
• Supervise key project phases: execution, testing, training, and change management.
• Oversee selection processes: draft RFPs, evaluate solutions, and manage contractual aspects.
• Reporting and communication: ensure transparency and progress tracking for stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth transition to RUN: oversee the successful deployment of SAP solutions.

Required Technical Skills:

IT Project Management & Methodologies: Prince2 (certification preferred), multi-stakeholder coordination
Project & Collaboration Tools: Confluence, Jira, MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow
Technology Stack: SAP R3 / S4, SAP SuccessFactors, document management solutions (OpenText, Documentum)
Change Management and Training Supervision
Budget & Contract Management: budget planning, RFPs, and vendor negotiations

Language Requirements:

• French or Dutch: Excellent
• Second language (FR/NL): Good level
• English: Professional proficiency

Ideal Profile:

Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in an SAP environment
Strong expertise in vendor management and business relations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to lead strategic projects
Experience in the public transportation sector is a plus

Availability: Must be on-site 2 to 3 days per week in Brussels
