Senior Commercial Analytics Manager (Stamford, CT)
The Senior Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver decision-ready insights that unlock growth for Philips Personal Health North America. This role translates syndicated, POS, retailer, market share, marketing effectiveness, and advanced analytics into clear recommendations for cross-functional business leaders.
Your role:
- Own and act as subject matter expert for syndicated data, reporting, analysis, and KPI tracking, ensuring accurate, accessible insights that support business growth.
- Translate Circana and related data sources into commercial action, identifying market share trends, category dynamics, consumer shifts, retailer performance, and competitive opportunities.
- Build scalable analytics products including leadership dashboards, business reviews, customer-ready presentations, deep dives, and recurring performance views.
- Lead advanced MMM (Market Mix Modelling) implementation and application, translating outputs into recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness, ROI measurement, and growth planning.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive action, using AI-enabled tools and clear storytelling to accelerate insights, simplify complex analyses, and influence decisions across Sales, Marketing, Category, RGM, Finance, S&OP, Global teams, and senior leadership.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or retail/commercial analytics. You’re a strong communicator and strategic thinker, with the ability to work cross-functionally and synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that drive action and influence senior leadership.
- Your skills include hands-on experience with US/CA data analytics, POS data, panel data, and retailer data, with expertise in Circana, and proven experience managing MMM analysis and application.
- You are proficient in practical AI use cases for analytics productivity, insight generation, automation, visualization, and storytelling while following data governance standards.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, strong presentation and influencing skills, and high-level expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You can synthesize multiple data sources into simple, compelling stories, translating business issues into analytic frameworks, recommendations, and next steps.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (Stamford, CT) is $140,000 to $223,000
