Purpose of the position :

Understand customer requirements and support to Sales Colleagues in product technology. Create and sustain synergy between the production centre and the sales centre for streamlined operations and enhanced customer satisfaction

 

Main task

Description (responsibilities / roles)

Coordination with and Support to Sales Center

• Develop and prepare detailed sales proposals and quotations for India and Southeast Asia.
• Provide technical support and guidance on temperature instrument selection and usage.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales centres
• Support sales to manage customer inquiries and provide advanced technical information and support.

Coordination with Production Center

• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand complex product specifications and applications.

Trainings

• Participate in and lead training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Market knowledge and representation

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Host and guide customers during factory visits, providing detailed explanations of products and ensure a positive and informative experience for customers during their visit.

Description

1. Qualification / Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical or related field).

 

2. Working experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales(external/internal). experience with temperature measurement instruments and their applications is preferred.

3. Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
