Ensure monitoring of sourcing requirements and issues for her/his zone in clause collaboration with global sourcing / local sourcing and planning. Ensure key interface role in shortage management.</li> <li>Leads the implementation of the purchasing strategy for a raw materials portfolio and support the development of the purchasing strategy with senior sourcing managers for their respective portfolios. </li> <li>Coordinate new source or raw material introduction locally. Submit and follow through on internal requests, and work with suppliers and internal partners to facilitate introductions</li> <li>Work closely with our Regulatory Affairs team to ensure compliance to global, regional or local regulation of our purchased raw materials</li> <li>Support Special Projects upon requests</li> <li>Negotiates and formalizes contracts at lowest Total Cost of Ownership for sub-categories.</li> <li>Develops a strong knowledge of the raw materials and understanding of the market drivers &amp; monitors competitive factors &amp; risks.</li> </ul> <p><br/> We bring </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers; </li> <li>A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset;</li> <li>A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physically and mentally;</li> <li>The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose;</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You bring</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Master Degree in Business, Purchasing, Finance, Food Technology, Chemistry,  Science, Agronomy </li> <li>Possess 1 – 2 years of experience in Purchasing (Flavors &amp; Fragrance industry, Food, Chemical Industry, Naturals or Ingredients business is a plus)</li> <li>Know-how on strategic sourcing process including negotiation.</li> <li>Experience in an International Business is a strong asset</li> <li>Experience in  Chemicals / Flavors and Fragrance materials is a plus</li> <li>Fluent in English and  French, other language are a plus .</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#LI-DNI   </p> <p>#LI-Hybrid  </p>
