We are seeking an experienced Learning & Organizational Development Partner to join our team! Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Organizational Development, you’ll help us train our newest and current team members to speed up their ramp-up period and/or support their growth and development so they can be wildly successful in their roles.
You will partner with the L&OD team and your key stakeholders to design programs and process, co-create curriculum, select appropriate delivery methods, create communication plans and define metrics to ensure we are preparing and developing our associates to fulfill our mission. You will be responsible for new associates’ orientation and onboarding, associate learning & development programs, and will assist with manager development programs and our performance management process. You’ll also serve as an internal brand ambassador for our company and culture.

What you will be doing:
Leading and continuously improving New Associate Orientation and Onboarding.
Collaborating with L&OD team members to co-create learning and development programs specific to the Availity new associates and staff in the US and India.
Working collaboratively and regularly with company subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand our general business operations and products.
Conducting needs assessments to assess training needs/skill gaps and learning styles for target audiences.
Creating communication and marketing plans for L&D programs and events.
Delivering consistent high-quality learning programs utilizing a variety of formats and methodologies (role-playing, simulations, team exercises, just in time, group discussions, polls, videos, bite-sized lectures, etc.) to engage and ingest learning meaningfully.
Creating on-demand training content including reference guides and training videos.
Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of training against learning objectives.
Providing additional one-on-one training and coaching support for select roles as needed.
Researching and proposing solutions to course-correct and implement measured solutions (training, teambuilding, or other) to close performance gaps.
To be qualified for the role, you have:
Minimum of 5 years of corporate training and instructional design experience for virtual and in-person delivery.
Experience working in a virtual, global team environment and delivering training to participants in various time zones and countries.
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience.
A drive to network and build successful relationships at all levels.
PHR, SPHR, GPHR or other accredited HR/L&D certifications a plus.
Strong program management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
