Fort HealthCare's Pharmacy Department seeks a full-time post-graduate year 1 (PGY1) Pharmacy Resident. This position is a 12-month postgraduate program that adheres to the accreditation requirements set forth by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). The pharmacy resident shares the same responsibilities as a pharmacist, as well as, the curriculum requirements set forth by the PGY1 pharmacy residency program. The pharmacy resident must apply through the ASHP PGY1 pharmacy residency program and match with Fort HealthCare for this position.
Requirements are a Bachelor's Degree, BS-Pharm. or PharmD and active State of WI pharmacy license with no limitations and BLS certification. Recent inpatient clinical experience. Must have the ability to precept pharmacy students and PGY1 pharmacy resident.
