Salary: $105,000 - $144,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Deliver accurate and timely financial statements aligned with dealership and manufacturer requirements.
• Provide high-level financial analysis to support executive decision-making and long-term business growth.
• Oversee reconciliations for manufacturer statements, incentives, rebates, floor plans, warranty claims, and receivables.
• Manage cash flow, contracts in transit, and receivables to ensure financial strength.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy across the general ledger, schedules, and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 20–22 accounting professionals.
• Partner with executive leadership and department managers to align financial goals with operational performance.

What You Bring

• Proven success as an Automotive Controller in a dealership or dealer group setting (required).
• Deep expertise in dealership accounting, manufacturer reporting, and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire accountability, accuracy, and growth.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior executives.
• Proficiency with dealership accounting systems (DMS experience strongly preferred).
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume automotive retail environment.
