Job Description:

LPN-Trillium Center-Full-Time

• Performs care requiring substantial specialized knowledge, judgement and nursing skills based upon the principles of psychological, biological, physical and social sciences in the application of the nursing process.
• Utilizes high-level assessment skills to design and ensure multidisciplinary patient care to meet holistic needs, incorporating established practice guidelines and regulatory standards.
•  Must possess ability to supervise Techs, Unit Secretaries, and Clinical students.
•  All employees will continually monitor and adhere to safety responsibilities and initiatives.
•  Adheres to specific hospital policy and procedures.

I. Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Current LPN license in the state of Kentucky or Kentucky work permit.
• Certifications based on the unit worked:
  • BLS
  • LTA
  • CPI
  • Patient Deterioration
