What You'll do:
- Serve as primary travel coordinator for OSS including requirements for complex international travel arrangements and integrating numerous trips with overlapping and potentially conflicting demands.
- Prepare all the necessary travel documents and reservations using E2 Solutions travel management system and make additional arrangements such as country clearance, visa, gifts, travel documents and travel folders.
- Assist with coordination, planning, and execution of OSS-led meetings and workshops including Federal Advisory Committee meetings. Duties include logistics, scheduling, preparation, agenda development, communications, IT preparations, direct support during meeting execution, and assisting with summaries and tracking actions.
- Provide support on OSS special projects such as All Hands and teambuilding events and other emergent leadership needs.
- Support the government purchase cardholder with the preparation of items to be ordered, and the receipt of supplies. Maintain, rotate, and stock supplies for OSS.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited university; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree
- 6 or more years of experience in the field or a related area
- Prior NOAA experience
- Knowledge of and experience with Federal Travel Regulations, E2 Solutions

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$72,681.00 - $132,308.00
