Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Demonstrated interest in team science, research translation, and/or interdisciplinary research
• Experience coordinating programs or professional communities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

License/Certification Required Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate and administer INTEREACH webinar series, including scheduling and speaker engagement
• Build and manage listserv, and community calendar
• Manage timely website updates
• Serve as primary point of contact for community members and partners
• Coordinate Steering Committee meetings and communications
• Support engagement with partner networks (I2Insights, ITD Alliance, InSciTS, Team Science SIG)
• Assist with facilitation activities and asset mapping for cross-institutional development of the Research and Innovation strategic directions, as we mobilize the THRIVE (Translational Hubs for Research, Innovation and Engagement) model and related initiatives
• Identify and organize institutional and regional research assets supporting both INTEREACH and THRIVE initiatives throughout campus and surrounding ecosystem
• Support documentation of translational processes, practices, and benchmarks
• Track and compile reports on participation and engagement metrics
• Ensure alignment with university policies and maintain appropriate documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience with interdisciplinary or team science initiatives
• Familiarity with communities of practice
• Experience with facilitation or asset mapping
• Experience with digital platforms and communications tools
• Experience in academic or research environments
