As a Valet Attendant, you play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service by safely and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles for customers. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, handling their vehicles with care, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant valet experience. Attention to detail, reliability, and excellent driving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Customer Greeting: Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival at the valet stand.

• Vehicle Parking: Safely and efficiently park customers' vehicles in designated parking areas while adhering to valet parking protocols.

• Vehicle Retrieval: Retrieve customers' vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

• Vehicle Handling: Handle vehicles with care, ensuring they are not damaged during parking or retrieval.

• Ticket Issuance: Issue valet tickets to customers and maintain accurate records of parked vehicles.

• Customer Assistance: Assist customers with any inquiries, provide directions, and offer assistance as needed.

• Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area, including the valet stand and parking areas.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and traffic regulations to ensure the safety of customers, vehicles, and pedestrians.

• Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the valet service.
