We are seeking a dynamic Administrator Supervisor to be responsible for managing associate performance and development on a daily basis.   The BFA Supervisor works with associates to ensure client and customer goals and objectives are being delivered.  The Supervisor is responsible for associate timekeeping and all administrative functions involved with managing associates.  The BFA Supervisor reports to Admin Manager or Sr. Admin Manager and meets regularly with Manager to discuss associate engagement, performance, and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages day to day responsibilities to ensure associates are in the best position to meet client/customer goals.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate associate timekeeping, paid time off, and appointments.
  • Responsible for resolving associate conflicts, concerns, opportunities so that associates can effectively do their job.  Keep Manager informed of any critical issues.
  • Encourage and foster associate development through daily interactions and feedback.  Demonstrate Confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Responsible for setting associate goals and for providing the tools and resources to allow associates to reach those goals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required; Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ Years of experience in administrative, customer service, and/or accounting functions
  • Research & Analyzing Skills
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Supervising Skills, to include Delegating Responsibility, Training, & Evaluating Performance
  • Strong Prioritizing Skills

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities

 

Direct Reports- Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Indirect Reports- This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports
