We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Medical Communications to support our Medical Affairs team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in medical communications, oncology, and cell therapy. This person will be a member of the Medical Affairs leadership team and will be responsible for the overall global plan for Medical Communications and Medical Information. This position will also support publication planning and strategy.

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Monday to Friday
Reports to: VP, Medical Affairs
Location: Fully Remote
What You’ll Do:
As the Scientific Communication leader, you will be responsible for developing a strategic medical communication plan and its execution. This includes:
Developing scientific and clinical slide decks, tools, training materials, and resources in support of field medical activities and plan for the presence and coverage of key oncology congresses globally. He/she will be responsible for developing a plan to support guidelines, compendia, and clinical pathways.
The incumbent will also lead the development of the Medical Information plan and its execution. This includes setting up and managing a Call Center with oversight for training and quality assurance and creating Medical Information response letters and FAQs to be prepared for responding to unsolicited medical inquiries. He/she will also be responsible to collect, analyze, and generate reports and insights and will assist with the execution of medical affairs activities at scientific congresses.
Serve as an integral member of the Medical Affairs leadership team, contributing to the strategic planning, decision-making, and overall direction of the Medical Affairs department
