ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

Salary Range: $65,000 to $70,000

Position Responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional customer service to a book of small Risk Pooling Trust member by responding to verbal and written inquiries in a timely, proficient manner to ensure the coverage needs of members are met, make virtual calls to conduct in depth coverage reviews with members and document according to established procedures.

• Review insurance clauses of a wide variety of contracts submitted by member to determine if their coverage with the Trust meets the requirements of the contracts and identify areas that may be averse to our members, making recommendations for amendments to the contract language and certificates of insurance.

• Provide accurate information to CSR team to enter/process schedule adjustments, coverage endorsements, audits and certificates of insurance.  Maintain up to date member contacts in Salesforce and other management systems.

• Provide direct assistance to Account Managers as needed.

• Work with Member Services Representative as needed regarding members’ aged receivables and account cancellations.

• Provide information to members on other plans, products and services offered to enhance member relationships and contribute to growth, referring member inquiries to the appropriate CBS staff and documenting.

Qualifications:

• Three to five years’ experience in commercial property/casualty account support
• Strong contract review skills regarding insurance requirements and issuance of Certificates of Insurance.
• Should maintain a current Illinois Insurance Producers License.
