Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to the Charlotte, NC metropolitan area prior to their start date. Candidates who are unwilling or unable to relocate to Charlotte, NC will not be considered for this role.

Core Job Duties
- Contact prospective clients from lead source lists via email and cold calls.
- Use prospecting strategies and research of prospect/industry to help warm and nurture potential clients.
- Work to uncover potential needs or challenges of prospect's current process/software and determine if our product is a good fit.
- Schedule introductory meetings between prospect and field sales representatives with appropriate handover.
- Provide feedback and ongoing communication with sales and marketing to ensure pipeline is flowing with appropriate prospects.
- Cultivate and grow network and establish relationships within assigned market to ensure an ongoing pipeline of opportunities.

Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Interaction
Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
Supervision
Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments. Work may be spot-checked in progress and upon completion.

Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
