Reporting to the Manager, Channel Merchandising for JD Sports, the role involves seasonal assortment building, analysis, and managing product operations.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or commercial roles, with a focus on Wholesale Accounts, and a background in consumer products, apparel, footwear, and accessories.</p> <h2><b>Your Impact</b></h2> <ul> <li>Create consumer centric assortments across all divisions (footwear, apparel, accessories) and genders.</li> <li>Support the full Go-to-Market process </li> <li>Own analyzing sales trends and competitive landscape to generate recommendations for strategic action to meet performance objectives and the right consumer expectations.</li> <li>Connect product, brand, and sport moments to create authentic, powerful and consistent engagement with the target consumer throughout the season.</li> <li>Communicate assortment directions and how it supports EMEA’s long term strategy.</li> <li>Work in collaboration with the POD across commercial, planning, and marketing to build strong relationships to support the business throughout the season.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Planning to ensure the commercial range has the right depth and it aligns back to the commercial direction.</li> <li>Leverage consumer insights to drive meaningful conversations with the account and to identify incremental opportunities.</li> <li>Think strategically and present ideas for process improvement.</li> </ul> <h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>4+ years of global merchandising and/or product management experience, primarily gained in non-US markets, preferably within the sports apparel, footwear or accessory industry.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Teamwork.
