Job Description

 To greet all guests, customers and members when entering the property during the overnight shift and ensure that the resort entrance is maintained in a safe and secure manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate the welcome center with a pleasant and professional manner.

• Be prepared to give directions to the resort, private residences and surrounding areas.

• Announce arriving Guests/ Golfers on proper radio channel

• Follow proper radio protocol

• Working in the exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.    

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively  • Great customer service skills• Must have flexible schedule• Be able to work in different weather conditions
