As we continue to scale and enhance our offerings, we seek a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you’ll help ensure that our products deliver flawless, high-performing experiences across all platforms.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in automating the testing processes for our IT/fintech applications, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with our development, product, and QA teams to design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks that streamline our release cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to validate the functionality and performance of fintech applications.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test automation plans.

- Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report any issues or discrepancies with clear documentation.

- Identify, log, and track defects, working with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

- Continuously improve and optimize the automation processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

- Maintain, update, and expand automated test suites as products evolve, ensuring long-term stability and reliability.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation to drive innovation within the QA process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in QA automation, preferably within the fintech

- Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar frameworks.

- Strong coding skills in Python

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Familiarity with Appium, Docker is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and proactively.

- Knowledge of financial services or fintech products is a plus.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and working knowledge of JIRA or similar tools is desirable
