Project Manager in the Professional Services

What will be your mission?

The Onna Professional Services Organization design, develop, and deliver custom solutions using the Onna data management platform, providing outstanding value to our customers.  As a Project Manager in the Professional Services Organization you will be responsible for scoping custom solution projects based on our customer’s needs and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.

What will make you succeed in the position? 

• 3 - 5 years of project management experience in a technology software organization.
• Experience with data migration and/or data transformation projects is a plus.
• Experience forecasting project costs and writing Statements of Work (SoW).
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects to completion.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully.
• Strong understanding of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.

How will you achieve it?

• By becoming an expert on Onna platform capabilities and existing integrations.  
• Working closely with Onna Sales and Customer Success to identify customer needs that can be addressed through solutions built on Onna’s data management platform.
• Collaborating with Onna Enterprise Architects, Consultants, and the Professional Services Development Manager to design and scope solutions that meet our customer’s needs.
• Managing teams and resources to develop and deliver solutions.
• Anticipating, identifying, and working with project stakeholders to manage risk.
• Fostering confidence and trust with our customers through frequent and effective project updates.
• Utilizing industry best practices, standards, tools and techniques throughout the entire project lifecycle.
