YOUR MISSION

As an IT Project Manager Infrastructure, you will be in charge of the successful completion of infrastructure projects. While coordinating your project team, you will be striving to find a balance between deadlines, costs and quality requirements.

Within this framework, your responsibilities are to:

• Establish the plan and budget for the projects of which you are responsible;
• Carry out the planning and execution of the project from A to Z (conceptualization ,implementation, client follow-up);
• Identify, anticipate and manage risks;
• Be responsible for the quality, the respect of the deadlines, the costs, the reporting and the progress of the project;
• Facilitate communication between the different parties (internal, external and customers);
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction and contract performance;
• Manage change requests;
• Participate in pre-sales project activities. 

YOUR TEAM

You will join the Cross Functional Services team at NRB. The team is composed of about ten colleagues. You will be coached and supervised by your direct manager.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Preferably a bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience;
• Solid experience as an IT Project Manager in infrastructure;
• Experience and a good knowledge of IT Infrastructure solutions is required; (Operating System, servers, virtualization, security, networks, Datacenter, etc.);
• Nice to have: a full understanding of IT architecture and security concepts;
• Natural leadership skills, proactive, determined, excellent communicator, active listener, customer-oriented, problem-solving and result oriented;
• Ability to provide structured and effective reporting ;
• Ability to work autonomously and to take on a functional management role within a team of experts (internal and/or external);
• Operational level English;
• Any certification is considered an asset (ITIL, PMI, Project Mgt, etc.).
