Melrose Animal Clinic, a busy six-doctor AAHA-accredited veterinary practice, is looking for a part-time Client Service Representative to join our dedicated customer care team!

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

✅ Answer busy phone lines and schedule appointments
✅ Greet and assist clients with a smile
✅ Handle payments and process invoices
✅ Maintain a clean and organized reception area
✅ Use computer software to manage client and pet information
✅ Assist with prescription and product requests as directed by veterinarians 

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Previous customer service experience (veterinary or medical field preferred but not required)
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Positive, professional attitude with a passion for animals
✔ Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
