Within the Retail Department in Brussels, you will assist serveral the In-Store Project Manager in her daily job.

 

 

Ce que vous aurez à faire

Missions : 

RETAIL VISIBILITY (PRESTIGE)
•    Assist the In-store Manager in the elaboration of the retail KPI’s dashboard
•    Participate in the elaboration of the incentive coop support (briefing, draaiboek)
•    Responsible for the out-of-stock follow-up with reporting to the Key account Managers
•    Assist In-store executive in the 360° retail support for the S1 launches 2025.
•    Competitors Best Practices in store follow up.
 
PEOPLE – IN-STORE (PRESTIGE)
•    Participate & assist in the elaboration of the 2024 sales support planning.
•    Participate to set-up targets per animation S2 2024 & do the follow-up after the slots.
•    Update of the training books for the BR’s that will support our brands during S2 2024.

Your profile :
•    Experience: A first experience in Retail or in Marketing
•    Education: Business School or master’s degree in marketing
•    Languages:  French and English required, Dutch is a plus 
•    Skills: You are sensitive to the world of luxury, perfumes and makeup. You are creative. You have analytical skills and good interpersonal skills. You also have an excellent sense of organization, autonomy and initiative.
