Senior SAP BI Engineer (all genders)

Job Description

• Manage the SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP BO applications and the system itself from the application perspective
• Activate, configure and enhance Generic and Business Content Extractors by functional area
• Adopt data modelling & data flow design best practices to develop robust & scalable solutions
• Optimize reporting and data load performance through query monitoring tool, Indexes, Partitioning and Statistics
• Develop Calculation Views (graphical & SQL script based), build aDSOs, Composite Providers 
• Develop ABAP/AMDP programs including user exits, function modules and start/end/expert routines
• Checking and implementing SAP notes
• Work with other BI engineers in the development, implementation, and support with query enhancements and building dashboards
• Coordination with other development teams 

Qualifications

• At least 4 years relevant experience in BI and Reporting or similar background 
• Excellent English skills
• Advanced experience with SAP BW, SAP BO and HANA 
• Good knowledge in ABAP programming 
• Experience with Datasphere, SAC (+planning), BI-IP is a plus
• Good knowledge in SQL  
• Experience of working in an agile environment 
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills and work independently with minimal supervision
