If you're a dedicated team player, you'll find a welcoming home here!</p><p></p><p></p><p>In this role, you will:</p><p></p><p>🎨 Design and implement visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly website templates from scratch.</p><p></p><p>📐 Fine-tune typography, colour schemes, and spacing to ensure consistent visual appeal and readability across their sites.</p><p></p><p>🔍Conduct detailed design analysis, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.</p><p></p><p>✏️Create comprehensive wireframes, user flows, and mockups to guide the design process.</p><p></p><p>🛒Develop WooCommerce templates from scratch (child themes) to ensure they are visually appealing and responsive on various screen sizes.</p><p></p><p>📱 Design multi-screen size illustrations to ensure their site looks exceptional on all devices.</p><p></p><p>🧪Regularly test and enhance website design, keeping it visually appealing and up-to-date with the latest web design trends.</p><p></p><p>🤝 Collaborate closely with the design and content teams to maintain a consistent visual and written narrative across all platforms.</p><p></p><p>🌟 Proactively address design and technical issues, proposing improvements or alternatives to enhance visual appeal and usability.</p><p></p><p>Onboarding Process </p><p></p><p>Upon joining the team, you will undergo an onboarding process. This will include a 2-3 day training period with the company’s current Back-End developer and the company owners. </p><p></p><p>During this time, you will become familiar with their existing projects, workflows, and team dynamics. The team will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition into your role.</p><p></p><p>This is a full-time role, and the working schedule is flexible, with working hours between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM Dutch time.
