Senior UX/UI Designer

<p><em><strong>Location:</strong> Wrocław (hybrid)</em></p><p><em>We are looking for a <strong>Senior UX/UI Designer </strong>with a strong interaction-design mindset who can take ownership of the full user journey. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, cohesive, and scalable user experiences. You will have the opportunity to audit entire browser-based workflows, propose improvements, and translate user needs into clear, actionable design solutions. This position offers a chance to shape the direction of our product through thoughtful prototyping, data-driven insights, and systematic design thinking. If you’re someone who sees the big picture and enjoys making complex things feel simple, we’d love to meet you.</em></p><p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and screen designs that show a deep understanding of user behavior and context of use,</li> <li>Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities; benchmark competitors to inform design decision,</li> <li>Build and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency and usability,</li> <li>Present design solutions to stakeholders and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams,</li> <li>Run or support user testing sessions to validate concepts and iterate on designs.</li> </ul><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul> <li>Strong proficiency in Figma and FigJam,</li> <li>Experience with user research methods (qualitative &amp; quantitative),</li> <li>Ability to create and maintain wireframes, user flows, personas, and functional prototypes (including edge cases),</li> <li>Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design principles,</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to think holistically and design end-to-end user journeys,</li> <li>Experience with AI-powered design tools and Protopie is nice to have.</li> </ul><p><strong>What’s On Offer:</strong></p><p>At Opera, you’ll join a diverse and inclusive team of experienced, supportive professionals who value creativity and collaboration.
