3D Product | Model Conversion Team Member
We’re expanding our Model Conversion Team and are looking for a technically skilled 3D artist to help us convert and optimise assets from 3ds Max to Blender for use in virtual staging and visualization.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of both platforms. If you enjoy clean models, accurate textures, and structured workflows—this is your chance to shine.
What You’ll Do:
- Convert models (architecture, furniture, décor) from 3ds Max to Blender with full fidelity
- Rebuild or fix geometry, UVs, materials, and transforms as needed
- Apply naming conventions, layer structures, and asset grouping standards
- Adjust and reapply textures in Blender to match original appearance
- Test assets for accuracy and report conversion issues
- Collaborate with the Conversion Team Lead and fellow artists to ensure quality and efficiency
What You’ll Need:
- Solid working knowledge of 3ds Max and Blender
- Experience in model import/export, materials, and scene setup
- Understanding of UV mapping, topology, and mesh optimisation
- Familiarity with architectural or furniture models
- Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
- Good communication and time management skills
