Scope and Purpose

 

Supporting team members in the day-to-day management of projects including:
- credit analysis and internal approval process requirements including assistance with preparation of credit applications
- financial modelling 
- review of project documentation
- manage and oversee internal admin requirements including internal pricing and rating assessment, KYC etc
- Build and/or oversee of complex financial and business models 
- Preparation of presentations to clients, other banks and internal stakeholders

Required Experience

 

1/2 years' experience in the structured finance team of leading banks or similar

Competencies Required

 

•    Knowledge of project financing and acquisition financing transactions 
•    Strong analytical capabilities and excellent understanding of financial statements analysis
•    Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
•    Financial modelling skills including cashflow and financial ratio analysis
•    Ability to prioritize and multitask
•    Proactive, with self-motivation and an ability to work independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines
•    Willingness to learn attitude and fast learner
•    Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
•    Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English
