We're looking for a Founding Engineer to:

• Build and scale a category-defining product for AI customer support in large enterprises and high-growth startups.
• Work closely with the founders to create generative AI agents for customer service and beyond.
• Develop & push the boundaries further with cutting-edge technology that has already won over customers like Eventbrite, ClassPass, and Substack.
• Thrive in a highly autonomous environment, taking ownership of product development and scaling efforts.
• Be at the forefront of AI space, pioneering the creation of the most advanced conversational AI agents for the enterprise.

What you'll need:

• A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering, building products in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong product sense and the ability to operate autonomously with high ownership.
• Demonstrated experience in growing, building, and scaling the codebase of high-growth startups.
• Excitement to join an early-stage company and work in-person in San Francisco.
