Our product portfolio spans cardiac, thoracic, and abdominal preservation devices to improve donor organ quality and extend donor organ transport time.&nbsp; Paragonix also markets transplant services and organ screening to the transplant community.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Job Summary:&nbsp;</p> <p>This position is to provide surgical assistance and organ preservation for donor grafts. Individuals in this position will be required to assist in all aspects of organ procurement including but not limited to packing supplies, OR set-up utilizing aseptic technique, proper organ packaging per OPTN guidelines, and adherence to all Paragonix/ Transplant Advocate policies and protocols.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Essential Functions:&nbsp;</p> <ol> <li>Responsible for packing supplies for procuring OR and meeting team at pre-determined location.&nbsp;</li> <li>Be available for recoveries on scheduled call days.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for adhering to all state, federal and local laws, policies, and regulations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for recovery of donor grafts in keeping with the policies, rules, and regulations of all Transplant Advocates and Paragonix clients and their medical and surgical staff.&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in hospital and medical staff committees dealing with donor issues as requested by affiliated transplant centers.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for working on collaboration with Quality and Operations staff to develop best practice protocols.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for working in collaboration with the rest of the team to train and evaluate new members.&nbsp;</li> <li>Expert knowledge on usability of all Paragonix devices</li> <li>Ability to support teams in how to use Paragonix devices when not involved in a service case</li> <li>First in class customer service and communication with multi-discipline teams</li> <li>Utilization and training of the Paragonix App or other communication methods</li> </ol> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;</p> <ol> <li>Bachelors Degree in Health Science or equivalent experience in transplant related field.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in pre-operative and post-operative care of transplant donor and recipient patients for at least 20 heart transplan
