DevOps Engineer (Senior level)

<p>We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and AWS. You’ll collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes, enhance system reliability, and ensure scalable infrastructure.</p><p>#LI-SD2  #LI-Hybrid</p> <ul><li><p>Architect, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS to support business-critical applications.</p></li><li><p>Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters (EKS) for containerized workloads.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for repeatable and auditable infrastructure provisioning.</p></li><li><p>Automate configuration management and application deployments using Ansible.</p></li><li><p>Write and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.) to automate operational tasks and improve system reliability.</p></li><li><p>Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, security, and cost.</p></li><li><p>Document infrastructure, processes, and standards, and mentor junior team members.</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems</p></li></ul> <ul><li><p><span>Proven experience with AWS services (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, etc.).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably EKS.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with configuration management using Ansible.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with incident response implementations is a plus.</span></p></li></ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p><span>For over 50 years, Verisk has been the leading data analytics and technology partner to the global insurance industry by delivering value to our clients through expertise and scale.
