<p><b>About this role:</b></p><p>Wells Fargo is seeking an <b>Associate Executive Specialist</b> in Corporate &amp; Investment Banking. <b>Corporate &amp; Investment Bank (CIB) </b>delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional clients. We focus on our clients' overall financial needs, with consideration and respect for their total relationship with Wells Fargo.</p><p><br/><b>In this role, you will:</b></p><ul><li>Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports</li><li>Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions</li><li>Support projects</li><li>Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning</li><li>Act as information source on group and company policies</li><li>Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function</li><li>Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals</li><li>Interact with external customers</li></ul><p><br/><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>2+ years of Administration experience</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency with Domestic and International travel; Concur experience preferred</li><li>Corporate Investment Banking or Financial Services experience desired</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills</li><li>Proficiency in Excel</li><li>Demonstrated experience with heavy calendaring</li><li>Experience supporting senior leadership and multiple managers</li><li>Experience managing multiple and competing priorities</li><li>Experience making timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with C-suite external clients, Wells Fargo senior leadership, and other team members</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment</li><li>Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly</li><li>Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive</li><li>Exceptional customer service standards</li><li>Ability to multitask and adapt to situations quickly</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Ability to manage and process reports; maintaining financial efficiencies and reducing costs</li><li>Ability to adhere to confidentiality practices and guidelines</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job Expectations:</b></p><ul><li>This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 4 days in office</li><li>Ability to work outside of regular business hours; willingness to stay late and arrive early</li><li>Visa sponsorship is not available for this position</li><li>This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements.
