<p><span>The EA&amp;A Strategy &amp; PMO (Project Management Office) team is responsible for driving Zalando’s IT projects in the areas of ERP, CRM, and DATA in alignment with our strategy. As a Senior Program Manager (all genders), you will be a key member of this team, responsible for ensuring the success of our most critical programs and projects.</span></p><p>In your role as <b>Senior Program Manager (all genders) </b>you will lead cross-functional projects and programs, collaborating with our DATA, SAP, and CRM teams to optimise the operation of various data platforms using advanced technologies, including Salesforce, SAP, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, and other innovative data solutions. You can adjust your approach for each individual project and can play many roles; from in-house consultant to business analyst to hands-on product owner </span></p></li><li><p><span>You advise our customers in business and guide them on their journey of digitalisation their business processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be a project manager for cutting edge projects supporting Zalandos growth in the area of ERP, CRM or DATA.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Pro-active “drive” the project and taking Ownership to bring it forward</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive change and test management.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b><b>WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF</b></b></h1><ul><li><p><span>You have 7+ years of program / project management experience with a track record of delivering medium to high complexity programs and projects. You draw upon your past immersion of working in an agile and iterative environment and focus on delivering projects effectively and efficiently and know how to boost cross-functional teams and projects. You apply high quality project management standards and make them evolve</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication skills, you should be able to present to top management and big groups. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Analytical skills - understand business requirements, calculate a business case, plan your project and manage it - be able to speak with middle management and translate the requirements into an IT architecture.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in writing strategy papers followed by driving the change. </span></p></li><li><p><span>You have a good understanding and experience as project manager for SAP , CRM and what a data-driven company is. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>If you think you have what it takes, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
