This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Technical Producer to join the Digital Magic Arena production team. This role will work with internal and external teams to deliver digital Magic content to our passionate fans.
What You'll Do:
- Work with your squad and partner squads to identify and document requirements, results, and goals.
- Use established software development processes to ensure project and feature quality and delivery.
- Identify, communicate, and address potential problems like resource blockers, quality concerns, and scope changes.
- Craft clear, detailed, and proactive communication for your immediate squad, partner teams, and leadership.
- Raise concerns and coordinate lateral and horizontal conversations around scope and risk.
- Handle prioritization and scheduling of tasks, bugs, design iteration, and user/tester feedback.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external partner teams.
What You'll Bring:
- The successful candidate has a strong mix of creative, innovative, and production capabilities from the live services and/or gaming space.
- Passion for delivering software projects, features, or support for a live service or game.
- Basic understanding of development and project management process, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communications skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:
Starting Pay Range: $67,280
Pay Range End: $116,520
